Kroma A / S can supply different types of machines for deheading fish. What all of them have in common is that their design is focused on optimal yield to ensure that our clients get the best result possible out of their machine.
All of our automatic head cutting machines make a U-cut in the fish to ensure a good yield. The machines are available in different designs to accommodate different fish species such as trout, mackerel, sea bass, sea bream, and tilapia. If you want to use the same machine for different fish species, this will probably be possible. Contact us, and we will find a solution.
The ergonomics for the two operators have been in focus during the design phase. The handling of the fish takes place within the operators’ reach and they do not have to reach far away when they have to place them into the cups of HEADMASTER. This ensures good ergonomics for the operators and allows for high capacity when processing fish.
The HEADMASTER can deliver the fish directly in the in-feed for the FILETMASTER 180 without any manual handling.
