Blower
• The special design of stainless steel blower, supply the necessary air, at the right static pressure.
• The blower motor is driven from an inverter that it is controlled from the PLC. Thus the right air supply controls the flow of feed with stability and accuracy.
• Easy connecion and disconnection for service and maintenance purposes.
• Outlet stainless steel tube with special design dispersion materials.
Doser
• Stainless steel screw doser, with special design of step, feed inlet, so to give accuracy and maximum feed rate.
• The screw doser motor is driven from an inverter that it is controlled from the PLC. Thus the rate is accurate and stable. The feed quantity is measured by a tacho sensor.
• Easy connection and disconnection for service and maintenance purposes.
Software
• The feed program is entered from Microsoft Excel file, independently or through Aqua Manager program. It is possible to download the feeding program with a USB stick, Ethernet, GSM or Wi-Fi.
• Feed quantity in kg and feed rate in kg / min.
• Recording and real time indication of kg per cage and in total.
• Indication of silo quantity, and alarms if close to empty.
• Recording of feed start and stop per cage.
